Information we collect
When you use Tic Tac Whoa!, the app may automatically collect a small amount of technical and usage information:
- Device IP address
- Operating system and device type
- Screens viewed within the app, and the time and duration of each visit
- Crash and diagnostic data to help us fix problems
The app does not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone input.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the app, monitor stability and performance, fix bugs, and improve features over time. We may occasionally send required service notices — for example, a material change to this policy.
Third parties
We may share aggregated, anonymised data with trusted service providers who help us run analytics and crash reporting on our behalf. These providers are bound to use the data only for those purposes.
We may also disclose information when legally required to do so — for example, to comply with a subpoena or legal process — or when we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect rights, safety, or to investigate fraud.
Your choices
You can stop all collection of information by Tic Tac Whoa! by uninstalling the app using the standard process for your device. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, write to damjan.ivanac@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the app and for a reasonable period afterward. You can request earlier deletion of any data you have provided by contacting us.
Children
Tic Tac Whoa! is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it. In some regions, you must be at least 16 to consent to the processing of your personal information; a parent or guardian may consent on your behalf where local law allows.
Security
We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after a change indicates that you accept the updated policy.
