Getting help
Email au.ocunecu@gmail.com with whatever you need. To get a useful answer on the first reply, it helps to include:
- The name of the app and, if you know it, its version number
- Your device model and iOS version
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if the problem is visual
Feature requests and general feedback are genuinely welcome — a lot of what ships comes from user email.
Common questions
- How do I request a refund?
- Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
- Sign in with the same Apple Account, then use the “Restore Purchases” option inside the app. If it does not appear, email us.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Where is my data stored?
- On your device, and nowhere else. Our apps collect nothing and send nothing to us — there are no accounts and no servers of ours involved.
- How do I delete my data?
- Deleting the app removes the data it kept on your device. We hold nothing about you, so there is no request to make to us.
- The app crashes or a feature stopped working.
- Try updating to the latest version first, then restarting the device. If it persists, email us with the details listed above and we will look into it.
We collect no data
Our apps do not collect any information about you or your device. Not anonymously, not in aggregate, not for our own use. In particular, we do not collect:
- Your IP address
- Your operating system, device type, or any device identifier
- Which screens you open, what you tap, or how long you use the app
- Crash logs or diagnostic data
- Your location, contacts, photos, calendar, or microphone input
- Your name, email address, or any other personal detail
There is no analytics SDK, no tracking, no advertising, and no crash reporting in our apps. We do not have accounts, sign-in, or servers that receive your information, so there is nothing for us to store, sell, share, or lose.
No analytics, no trackers
None of our apps contain an analytics SDK, an advertising SDK, a crash reporter, or any other third-party library that collects data. No outside company receives anything about you through us.
Two apps do have to reach the internet to work, and their own pages set out exactly who is on the other end:
- Air FM searches an open community station directory and streams audio directly from the broadcaster, so those servers see the connection. See the Air FM policy.
- Near Now uses Apple Maps to draw maps, search places, and format addresses. Your location itself is handled on your device. See the Near Now policy.
In both cases nothing comes back to us, and neither app reports your activity to anyone. Every other app makes no network requests at all.
Separately, Apple may provide us with its own anonymised, aggregate App Store statistics — download counts and the like — if you have opted in to sharing them with developers in your device settings. That is data Apple collects under Apple's privacy policy, not something our apps collect, and it never identifies you.
What stays on your device
Anything you create in an app — settings, progress, saved entries — is stored on your device only. If you use iCloud backup or device sync, a copy may live in your own iCloud account, which is under your control and Apple's privacy policy, not ours. We cannot see any of it.
Deleting an app removes the data it kept on your device. Because we hold nothing, there is nothing to request from us, and no data-deletion request to make.
Permissions
If an app needs a system permission to do its job — notifications, for example — iOS asks you first, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings. Anything accessed under such a permission is used on your device, for that feature, and is never transmitted to us.
If you email us
Support is the one place where we do end up with your information: if you write to us, we have your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to answer you, we do not add you to any mailing list, and you can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. Since we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children either.
Security
The strongest privacy protection is not holding data in the first place, which is the approach we have taken. For the support email we do receive, we apply reasonable safeguards to keep it protected.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If an app ever needed to collect something, we would say so here and in the app before it happened.
